Our team is here to assist every step of the way
Design
Share your unique requirements with us, and we'll create a preliminary design and cost estimate for your project. For complex projects, we may conduct site visits to fine-tune the details.
Manufacturing
We will provide you with a configured packaged solution, which includes all-inclusive purpose-designed tanks, installed components, and ancillary equipment, all designed following industry standards to meet your specified effluent quality requirements.
Transport to site
We will deliver your custom solution to site, alternatively you can arrange collection from the Calcamite factory in Pretoria or any of the JoJo factories nationwide.
Installation facilitation & supervision
We can facilitate installation through experienced third-party contractors by providing installation and operating/maintenance manuals. Supervising the installation is mandatory to ensure that the plant is installed as per our specifications.
Commissioning
Commissioning and plant handover to the operators is compulsory to ensure that the plant operates within its parameters and in accordance with our specifications.
Routine maintenance
Included in our service offering is a compulsory post-commissioning inspection at three months to test incoming sewage and outgoing effluent quality to ensure that it still meets the specified standards. Optional plant maintenance contracts and SLAs are available on request.
